STRIKE AVOIDED

Workers are still on the job at UAW Local 730 at the GM plant in Wyoming, Michigan. Talks are continuing and progress is being made. For now the strike has been avoided even though a settlement has not been made. As long as talks continue and progress is made workers will continue to work and the strike will be avoided. If negotiations do happen to break down there will be a 12 hour notice given before a strike could take place.
