Rules for the Local 730 Bid Sale

·        The items for sale will be offered by sealed bid.

·        Bids must be of monetary value.

·        One bid slip per each individual item.

·         Place your name, telephone number, and the item number on a bid form.  Place the form into an envelope, seal it, and write the item number on the outside of the envelope.  Deposit the envelope into the locked bid box.

·         In case of a tie bid, the bidder’s name will be drawn from a hat.

·         Trustee’s reserve the right to refuse any bid.

·         The bidding period to place bids will be from 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2006, through 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2006.

·         Items must be paid for prior to the removal from the hall.

·         Selected bidders will be notified by telephone and must pick up items by 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 18, 2006.
