My report this month
is going to be short and sweet. For the past two weeks I’ve been serving on
the National Resolutions Committee in
Detroit for the
Special Bargaining Convention. It’s never easy when we are called out of
town, but stepping up to serve when and where needed is an honor and what
the UAW is all about. I would like to thank Vice President Rocky Love for
functioning as Acting President while I was gone. I appreciate his
assistance.
Special Olympics
Fundraiser
With your help, our
Community Services Committee raised over $1100 for Special Olympics. The
committee received an award for raising the most money for a Local.
Congratulations to the entire committee.
