Priority Health Open Enrollment

Priority Health is open for enrollment in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo and their surrounding areas.  Please spread the word to retiree’s who you think may be interested in a healthcare choice.

PSP Limited to 6%

Week ending September 3, highly compensated employees (those who exceeded $95,000 in compensation in 2005) will have their PSP limited to 6% of weekly earnings.  The restriction does not affect “catch up” contributions. 

Catch Up Contributions

If you are over 50 there is a “catch up” contribution which allows you to save an additional $5000 this year.  To take advantage, you will need to call 1(800) 489-4646.

Check Stub Error

Hourly retirees received an error message on their check stub.  The message said, “Life insurance deductions will be waived”.  That is not the case for an hourly retiree.  These messages were meant for “salaried” retirees only.
