LOCAL 730 NEGOTIATION UPDATE

Local 730 Brothers and Sisters:
Your Local Bargaining Committee continues to work on demands and to complete the remainder of the grievances before us. Following are some of the key issues we are currently discussing. We will keep you updated as much as possible.
1. We have manpower issues in the production / production support areas of the plant and we are negotiating the number of apprentices.
2. We also have subcontracting grievances and issues on how 183 subcontracting grievances are being handled.
3. We currently have issues of insourcing new work.
4. Getting a proposal on Tool & Die Operations (TDO) are still issues we have on the table.
