1st SHIFT BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVE
There is an opening for a First Shift Benefits Representative. This is an International UAW appointment. The criteria is as follows:
Ø Must attend union meetings.
Ø Must be able to hold first shift.
Ø Must be able to work with union leadership.
Ø Must have good people skills and be able to handle controversy.
Ø Must function under guidelines of the Local and National Agreements and the UAW Constitution and Bylaws.
Ø Must be self motivated.
Ø Must be willing to give written and verbal reports.
Ø Must be able to attend required training.
Ø Must be able to maintain the integrity of the process.
Ø Must be able to attend meetings on all shifts.
